Delivery Options

Free standard delivery.

Spend £50 or more and you can enjoy free standard delivery with Royal Mail, which is a tracked service. For orders under £50 there is a small charge of £1.99.

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 2pm will be processed the same working day.

Applies to UK mainland only including Northern Ireland.

Royal Mail does not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Next –DAY ‘I MUST HAVE IT’ DELIVERY.

Have your item before 1pm next day with Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is guaranteed Mon-Friday only. You must place your order with us before 6.30pm weekdays only. The charge for this is only £5.

SATURDAY GUARANTEED DELIVERY.

The charge is £8 via Royal Mail; orders must be placed before 6.30pm Friday.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 60-days of receipt. We cannot except refunds or exchanges on watches that have had links taken out or refitted back to the strap as this process leaves marks on the strap meaning the watch is not as new. As long as the watch is returned as new we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 10-working days to be returned to our Warehouse and processed.

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you received is faulty please contact returns@shopontime.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You must report any faults within 72-hours of receipt of the item and you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact returns@shopontime.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and reissue a postage refund on receipt due to the packing error.

All purchases made through our website are secure and processed through Barclay Card Sage Pay, Amazon or Paypal. We don't hold or store any card payment details.

We are able to accept payments using major Debit/ Credit cards, including VISA and Mastercard via 3D secure platform; Sagepay. Payments can also be made via Paypal and Amazon accounts for secure payment. We always offer our products at competitive prices, and any promotions we are offering are automatically applied on our website, so customers can purchase directly at our discounted prices.

VIEWING ORDERS

Once an order has been made, you can view the status of your order through the Order Information page https://www.shopontime.co.uk/ordertracking/. Customers need to enter the Order ID and Email Address, in order to log in and view orders.
