Standard delivery

Tracked service by Royal Mail. You will receive your order within 1-2 working days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 pm will be processed on the same working day.

Spend £50 or more and you can enjoy this service for free. For orders under £50 there is a small charge of £1.99.

• Applies to UK mainland only including Northern Ireland.
• Royal Mail does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
• Any orders placed after 5:30 pm or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Next day special delivery

Tracked special delivery by Royal Mail. You will receive your order the next day before 1:00 pm. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 pm will be processed on the same working day.

You can choose this service for additional £5.99.

In Post 24/7 Next Day Locker Collection

Tracked next day parcel locker collection with InPost. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:30 pm will be processed the same working day and delivered to your chosen InPost locker the next day. Orders placed after 3:30 pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

InPost offers the ultimate flexibility to collect orders from over 1,000 lockers across the nation, any time, day or night. With just the scan of a QR code it takes seconds to collect, without having to queue or wait in.

You can choose this service for additional £3.49.

How it works:

1. Select InPost in checkout and find your nearest locker.
2. InPost will send you text and email notifications when your parcel is ready to collect. You will have 72 hours to collect.
3. Scan the QR code provided or enter the unique PIN and your mobile number to open the locker.
4. Collect your parcel from the locker.

Saturday guaranteed delivery

Tracked special Saturday service by Royal Mail. This will enable you to receive your order on the next Saturday after you placed the order. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:30 pm will be processed the same working day and delivered on Saturday.

You can choose this service for additional £8.00.

International delivery

We can deliver your order to almost any place in the world. Your shipping charge and estimated delivery time will be calculated during the checkout. International shipping cost may vary depending on the location – from £0 to £20.

• Any orders placed after 3:00 pm and over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Packaging

We will always make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition. We carefully wrap and pack your order to make sure that no damage is caused during the transportation stage.

Gift wrapping

If you wish your item to be gift wrapped this can be done for an additional cost of £3.99. You can also include a personal message in your gift.

How can I put my message inside the gift?
If you have selected gift wrap option in the basket you will see a “GIFT MESSAGE” field during the checkout. You can add your message there.
