Placing an order

We have done everything we can to make the order process as friendly as possible for our customers.

  1. Just simply add the product you like to the basket using the button located on the product page.
  2. Once you have everything you want in your basket click the cart icon on top of the website.
  3. Now you can see what is in your shopping cart and you can click “Checkout” to pay using credit/debit card or you can choose one of express checkout methods.
  4. After choosing your preferred payment method you will be redirected to the secure payment provider page. Here you will need to provide your shipping and card details.
  5. If your transaction has been accepted by the bank you will see an order confirmation page and you will also receive order confirmation e-mail.


We offer the following secure methods of payment:

  • Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro)
  • PayPal

All payments are encrypted and secured. We do not store any of your card details on our servers.

Pricing & promotions

We always offer very competitive prices and all the offers are automatically applied on our website. If you wish to use an additional discount code please remember that you can use only one code per order.

If you forget to apply your discount code during the checkout process we are unable to apply the code at a later stage for you, however, you can use it on your next order.

Order tracking

After you have placed the order with Shop On Time you will receive a confirmation e-mail at every stage of your order process. Your tracking number will be included in your despatch confirmation email.

If for any reason you have not received confirmation and you want to track the order please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your shop on time account
  2. Click “My account” on top of the website. 
  3. You will see the “Order history” section. 
  4. Click on the order number you would like to track and you will be redirected to your order summary page which will contain all your order details and its current status. 

    My previous orders

    You can check all your previous orders by logging into your customer account. All the orders will be visible in the “Order history” section.

    Editing my account details

    To edit any of your details login to your customer account. On “Account details” page click “View addresses”. On the next page, you will be able to: change your default address, add the new address or delete any of your addresses.

    My wishlist

    You can save your favourite products for later on your wishlist. Just simply click a heart button which is located next to add to cart button.

    You have to log in to your customer account in order to save your wish list. To remove products or add notes to your wishlist please go to "My Account" section and click on My Wishlist link located on the left side of our website.
